Office-Based Endovascular Lab (OBL)

The Office-Based Endovascular Lab (OBL) is an extension of a physician practice where an endovascular specialist performs primarily peripheral angiograms/interventions.

Depending on the specialty of the physician, other procedures may also be performed, including those for dialysis access, port placement/removal, venous disease management, embolization, and a host of other conditions approved by CMS in this setting.
